Our standard returns policy applies to all Black Friday purchases. However, all items purchased under Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion must be returned together for a refund. The Sleigh Bed Auction item is considered a final sale (non-returnable).

1. Buy 2 Double/Queen, Get a Free Single Bed

• Eligibility: This offer is valid only for purchases containing two (2) full-price mattresses in either Double or Queen size (Standard or Pillow Top designation).
• Limited Quantity: This promotion is strictly limited to the first ten (10) qualifying orders. Once 10 units have been sold under this promotion, the deal will automatically end.
• Free Item: The free item is one (1) standard Single Bed mattress, automatically added to the cart upon qualification. No substitutions or cash equivalent will be offered.
• Returns: If any of the qualifying mattresses are returned, the free Single Bed mattress must also be returned (in unused condition) or its full retail price will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Auction on the Sleigh Bed ("Slay for Sleigh Bed Bid")

• Limited Quantity: This is a Single-Edition (1) item.
• Bidding: The auction is subject to the terms and rules of the Shopify auction application (Tipo Product Auction) and may include a confidential Reserve Price.
• Payment: The winning bidder must complete payment within 24 hours of the auction closing notification, or the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
• Final Sale: The Sleigh Bed is sold "as is" and is considered a final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.

3. 40% Off Benches

• Discount: Valid for 40% off the marked price of all bench products.
• Stock: The promotion is subject to stock availability and will end automatically when the designated Black Friday stock limit is reached.

4. 30% Off Everything Else (Voucher Promo)

• Applicability: Valid site-wide on all products excluding items specifically listed in Promotions #1, #2, and #3.
• Redemption: Customers must use the voucher code SOFTFRIDAYS2025 at the checkout to receive the 30% discount.
• Exclusion: This Black Friday voucher replaces and voids any other existing online discount codes, promotions, or offers (including the previously quoted 30% off discount). Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
• Stock: The promotion is subject to overall stock availability and will end once the designated promotional stock limit is reached.
