Shipping & Delivery
Delivery lead times vary depending on product type, order size, and customisation. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns
Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, custom-made, bulk, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective. Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return approval is at Softlife’s discretion. Any defects or delivery damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, supported by photographs. Softlife may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected item. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order with Softlife Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd (“Softlife”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver only within South Africa.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product type, order size, and customisation.
- Delivery fees are calculated and confirmed before order approval.
- Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
- Customers must ensure clear access for delivery. Additional charges may apply for delays or re-delivery.
Returns & Refunds
- Custom-made, bulk, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
- Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, subject to approval.
- Defects or delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Pricing & Payment

Warranty & Liability
- Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to normal use and care.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are excluded.
- Softlife is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
General
- All intellectual property remains the property of Softlife Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd.
- Customer data is handled in line with South African data protection laws (POPIA).
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
