1. Promoter: Promoted by Softlife Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoter").
2. Entry Criteria: Open to South African residents aged 18+. Playing is free. Entering the monthly prize competition requires submitting a valid email address with your score. One prize entry per valid email address per month; submitting multiple scores under the same email retains only your highest score. Staff and immediate contractors of Softlife Manufacturing and Kibana Projects are ineligible to win.
3. Email Communications: Providing an email address to enter the monthly prize also verifies your entry. You may separately opt in to occasional re-engagement emails (e.g. leaderboard rank alerts, score boost reminders) via the checkbox on the results screen. This is optional and does not affect prize eligibility either way. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time via the link included in each one.
4. Competition Periods: The monthly mattress draw resets at 00:00 on the 1st and closes at 23:59 on the final calendar day of each month (SAST). Flash sprint competitions close as advertised in-game.
5. Winner Selection: The eligible entrant with the highest verified score submitted during the competition period wins. Determined strictly by in-game skill. No random draw.
6. The Prize: One (1) Mattress and Headboard set per month. Collected from the nearest Softlife Manufacturing branch upon presenting matching proof of identity. Non-transferable; no cash exchange.
7. Weekly Prize: In addition to the monthly prize, one (1) Softlife Care Package (winner's choice of scent) is awarded weekly to the pilot who refers the most new players during each competition week, which runs Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 (SAST). A referred player counts only if they click the pilot's referral link and complete at least one flight during that week. Winners may collect their prize from the nearest Softlife Manufacturing branch, or opt for courier delivery for a R99 delivery fee. Entry requires a valid email address on file for the referring pilot (verification recommended but not required for this weekly prize specifically); notification process and adjudication follow the same terms as the monthly prize above.
8. Adjudication & Integrity: Entries suspected of using bots, scripts, or irregular flight telemetry will be disqualified. Promoter decisions are final. These terms, including entry criteria, adjudication, and prize collection, apply equally to the weekly referral prize in clause 7 and to the monthly competition above.
9. Statutory: Governed by South African law and Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
